ASMR Light and Shadow
Using a torch I found in my drawer, I decided to use it to make a relaxing ASMR video using light and shadow.
Hand movements can be so relaxing, yet when the hands and arms are amplified by shadows, the experience becomes something else entirely. This asmr video also features some calm whispering, one of my favourite triggers by the way, varying degrees of torch light and some "follow the light" exercises.
I have always found playing with light to be a way to focus and also to relax and unwind. Shadows and light are so simple and fun, yet miraculous and wonderful. I remember being mesmerised by my shadow in the Sunshine as a child yet these days i think we all take them for granted. So take a moment to enjoy the fun simplicity of light and shadow. Relax, breath and allow your mind to wander as the shadow shapes sooth you.
