Plugin Used : Trim Objects by Face
It is very simple to make :
creat a rectangle
Draw an Arch shape
Then draw the wooden strip and make it group then copy it
Select the wooden strips then click on the plugin (Trim Objects by Face)
Finally After that select the face that you want to trimming with
