!watchtime command for twitch chat & fix for 0 watchtime 2023
How to get !watchtime on your twitch stream and a few added extra bot setting for stream elements but only the basics thanks for watching.

add Command - @{user.name} has spent {user.time} hours watching {channel.name}
and go turn loyalty setting on in stream labs dashboard.
