The Excel row limit is 1,048,576 rows. Google Sheets has a limit of 10 million cells, but in practice, typically hits performance issues with big data before Excel. The Excel column limit is 16,384 with a max column of XFD. Google Sheets and Row Zero both have a column limit of 18,278 with a max column of ZZZ.
