How to Make Group Tabs in Opera GX
To create a group of tabs, known as a "Tab Island" in Opera GX, simply drag one tab directly on top of another until a visual indicator appears. This action automatically forms a group, visually linked by a colored vertical bar. Alternatively, you can create a group from multiple tabs at once by holding the Ctrl key (Cmd on Mac), clicking the desired tabs to select them, and then right-clicking on any of the highlighted tabs to select "Create tab island" from the context menu. Once an island is created, you can add more tabs by dragging them into the group. To save space, you can collapse or expand the island by clicking the colored arrow on its left. For better organization, right-click this same colored indicator to name your Tab Island or change its color, helping you easily identify different groups of related content.
