One Employee's Sloppy Repairs Could Destroy My Reputation
Hey Good People,
In today's video, I get a little upset. Everyone makes mistakes. I understand that, but if they are constant mistakes, then we have a bigger problem. This is one of the reasons why I was afraid to start a shop long ago. I didn't want my reputation to go down for other people's crappy work or lack of integrity. As an auto repair business owner, you assume all responsibility and liability when your employee does wrong. No ifs, ands, or buts!
