Official Trailer - “C for Coffee” movie is out!
The first ever Indian Documentary to be shot on the Specialty Coffee Scene in India. (Releasing Soon).The trailer is finally out.
The movie got shot by early 2020 but due to various reasons, we didn’t have access to our footages. But slowly and gradually, things started to work, shape up and finally the movie is complete.
I can’t begin to tell you what kind of a journey, making this movie has taken me through. Emotionally, physically, psychologically, and even intellectually. Right from the inception of the idea, to getting the travel set, to having another crazy guy (the cinematographer) agreeing to sit behind you on the motorcycle all the way from Delhi to Chennai.
Right from Delhi to Chennai, I am so grateful that I could talk (and record) so many amazing people from our Coffee industry. So many of them agreed to be a part of this movie. (I forever will be indebted).
This was my first attempt at making a movie (Documentary) and trust me I didn’t know what it took. Everything that happened in the movie was something I did for the first time, from scratch.
I am really looking forward to showing the movie to everyone, from within the country and outside. Show a bit of what is it like in the Specialty Coffee Scene in India.
I have a feeling that if you like coffee, you’d love to see this movie, and know bit more about what people in this community have to say about it.
