TOEM Quest Walkthrough Guide
There are 15 Quests to complete in Oaklaville, but you'll only be able to do 13 to start. 'Ghost Story' and 'Monster Spotting' have parts that need to be done in Oaklaville, Stanhamn, and Logcity. 'Monster Spotting' has an additional task in Kiiruberg. When you've completed the other areas, you'll need to come back to Oaklaville to turn those in. For "Ghost Story", you'll need to help the ghosts you come to as you play through the game. These are all their own individual quest, so you don't have to worry about missing them.
In addition to earning the 'Strong as an Oak' trophy, you'll also earn 'Nature's showstopper' and 'A Majestic Hotel' through the quests.

There are 13 Quests to complete in Kiiruberg, all of which can be done on your first visit. You'll have to do the 4th part of "Monster Spotting" as well, even though that quest is from Oaklaville. You also need to actually turn in 'Ghost Story' and 'Monster Spotting' if you've completed all of the quests associated with them.
For "Ice Wizard's Research", you will had to have completed all of the previous quests/compendium animals that utilize the cosmic cube before you can turn it in. There are 2 in Oaklaville (Tato Bug and Pet Rock compendium), 1 in Stanham (A Good Spot with No Sun quest), 2 in Logcity (Always Tumbled Granny and Sewer Stumble quests), and 1 in Kiiruberg (Ice Wizard's Research).
For 'Play Astronaut', you need the astronaut helmet, the Tato Alien, and a planet to all be in your selfie.
In addition to earning the 'Ice Fighter' trophy, you'll also earn 'All Geared Up', 'The Biggest Hurdle', 'Experience Toem', 'Strong as an Oak', and "A True Completionist' through the quests.
