From Dennis Havlena. This is my version of a beautiful Indian instrument called the Esraj -- kind of a "bowed-Sitar". It has 2 playing strings and 13 sympathetic strings which run underneath the curved metal frets.

As with videos of all my instruments, my intention here is certainly not "musical performance" but rather just to show how these instruments sound.
This video was recorded about an hour after the instrument was completed & I have no idea of the proper way to play it.
