How to Install WinRAR in Windows Developer Preview
(1 Go to Windows Explorer
(2 Go to Downloads
(3 Click on the file where it says "winrar-x64-611"
(4 Click "Yes" to accept the User Account Control prompt
(5 Click "Install" to accept the End User License Agreement
(6 Extracting files to C:\Program Files\WinRAR folder and extracting from winrar-x64-611.exe
(7 Click "OK" button to control WinRAR integration into Windows Developer Preview
(8 Click "Done" to finish installation
