2 Ingredients Gulkand | Rose jam | how to make gulkand at home easily
Hello foodies ,I am Suman and I am sharing easy , simple and healthy recipe.
In this video I am sharing how you can make gulkand at home very easily and that too without using any preservatives. I am using home grown and organic roses you can buy from market also. Wash and dry them properly and layer the petals in a jar with sugar. One layer sugar then other rose petals then again sugar and so on.
Then put the bottle or jar in sunlight for about for a week or two, that depends on weather.
Ratio of roses and sugar is 1:1, that means equal quantities of sugar and petals.
