Studio 5000 & RsLogix 5000 Produced and Consumed Tags
In Controllogix and Compactlogix PLCs, produced and consumed tags take place of messaging instructions for relaying information between two Allen Bradley PLCs. Additionally produced and consumed tags are deterministic compared to a MSG message instructions making them a much more reliable means of communications.
