Blanca Duran is an awarded Houston wedding photographer. Happily married for 10 years to Alex Lezama, who is also her business partner.
Graduated with honors with a major in Communications and Public Relations in Mexico. Then granted with a full scholarship to take a Master Degree from one of the most prestigious universities in Art in England. Blanca completed a Master Degree in Arts, “Image and Communications”, specialized in Photography from Goldsmiths College, University of London. Member of PPA and WPPI since 2009.
Blanca has received numerous awards by national publications and her work has been published in Houston magazines. In addition, Blanca has been honored by peers and jurors for high-quality photography by having several images selected in the PPA General Collection. Being recognized by PPA (Professional Photographers of America) and WPPI (Wedding & Portrait Photographers International) is an honor that only a selected group of photography artists enjoy.
