Navigate to this location,
C:\Users\Your username\AppData\Local\FiveM\FiveM Application Data
Method 2:
If you have a FiveM Shortcut on your desktop, Right-click on it. Select open file location in the menu. Go the FiveM Application Data folder, and here you have your plugins folder
Method 3:
Run command:
%localappdata%\FiveM\FiveM.app\
