Q: You’ve missed a 16% run-up in the NASDAQ. Are you still holding off?
A: We’re still holding off.
Our point of view is that treasuries are still the best opportunity in these market conditions. It has outperformed the S&P this year, and we believe it will continue to do so over the coming months.
