METHODOLOGY
I'm using G-Sync and V-Sync ON in Nvidia Control Panel and capped the fps to 60fps using RTSS. The reason I did this is to reduce any inconsistency in high fps. And also this is the NVENC utilization benchmark, not the fps benchmark.
Just like the previous video, I ran the GTA V benchmark 5 times before recording to remove any shader compilation so there would be no stutter when recording.
This recording uses the latest OBS 29.0.2 in 1440p resolution, with NVENC H.264 and H.265, CQP 25, and with all new NVENC presets.
More information about other settings like profile, keyframe, tuning, etc. will be shown in the beginning of the video.
