The Slayer is NOT just a Ranger! PART 1 of 2 - a Pathfinder 2E Playtest Review
I have been SO excited for the Slayer. A dedicated monster hunter? Witcher and Bloodborne vibes? Combination weapons support? TANGIBLE REWARDS FOR SLAYING BIG BOIS???? Paizo, inject it straight into my veins!
Imagine my horror (mild annoyance) at learning that people think this is just a copycat Ranger? This class has SO much more going for it. It has some very cool mechanics and I am all for it, and hopefully you are too!
DISCLAIMER: I had not intended for this to be a two-parter, but halfway into editing I realized there was no way around it. I will try and get part 2 out ASAP!
