Summary:
This bug disables Emergency calling when iPhone is disabled. Could be serious if it is triggered accidentally and the user does not know that restarting solves the issue.
Steps to Reproduce:
For a step-by-step process on reproducing this bug, I recommend watching the video I put together. Otherwise, the steps to reproduce this bug are shown below:
1) Disabled iPhone by entering the wrong passcode too many times.
2) Tap the Emergency calls button.
3) Tap the cancel button then quickly tap the Emergency call button during the screen fade animation.
Expected Results:
iPhone should be able to make Emergency calls as needed.
Actual Results:
Emergency calls are not accessible after executing this bug. Could be a disastrous bug if accidentally triggered in the right kind of circumstance.
