I have been trying to work with ProTools Cloud for quite sometime. I always land in same errors sadly. If anyone has worked with it and it worked fine, please let me know. Here are the problems I have been facing:
Every time I click on share/upload button, it looks like its doing something, but eventually it says failed.
It has crashed on me two times because access was denied, it didn't work with restarting PT, but I had to restart computer.
I had a very hard time adding my friend as a collaborator, his name showed on my avid link list after one day.
My project of 27gb took 98% of my cloud 100gb cloud storage. And I get email from "everywhere" saying my cloud space is getting full. When I deleted the cloud project, it still shows 16% being used.
Whenever I do some changes in a track and click upload/share, it takes some time to just say failed and the button turns red.
We are three friends trying to collaborate, I am the owner of the project, they never got the project on their side eventhough I sent them collaboration request many times again and again.
