This video shows how to display the users by their user group in SAP System using SUIM transaction code.
Below is the step by step process to see the users by their user group in SAP

Step 1: Login to SAP system as a SAP Security Administrator
Step 2: Execute the Transaction code SUIM
Step 3: Go to User -- Users by Complex Selection Criteria -- By User ID
Step 4: Select the Group for authorization from available list and click on execute
