MTG Lore: Innistrad's Last Hope

Welcome back to to Friday Night Lore everyone! This week story focuses on Liliana Vess and her motivations headed into Eldritch Moon. We last saw the necromancer in a fight with a deranged Jace Beleren.. they peacefully parted ways but not before blood was shed.
She now focuses on fixing her own issue, the Chain Veil. She tries using the science of Innistrad, but nothing seems to break its cursed hold on her.
She discovers that Avacyn has died and that a new threat faces her dark world, a Planeswalker named Nahiri. While Sorin abandons all hope for Innistrad, Liliana sees it as a chance to further her own goals. She is Innistrad's last hope.. what does that mean for Innistrad?
