Landmark SC Ruling Against Child Marriage : Sex With Minor Wife Is Rape
The Supreme Court has ruled that having an intercourse with a minor wife will be considered as rape. The apex court has clarified that age of consent cannot be reduced and insisted that there cannot be any exception made to this law.
