Microsoft is currently testing a new feature in the Windows 11 Insider program, that lets you edit stickers and add them to your desktop: • (Update) "Stickers for wallpaper" could be... Now as spotted by @PhantomOfEarth, it is possible to enable desktop stickers in the stable version of the Windows 11 2022 Update, by editing the Registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\PolicyManager\current\device, in the device key create a new key called Stickers, in the Stickers key create a EnableStickers DWORD and set the value to 1.
