Freeze-Dried Pumpkin Curry! Freeze dried food for the trail!
This curry is GOOD! I HIGHLY recommend making it. If you don't have a freeze dryer, you could leave out the oil and use a dehydrator. If you don't have a dehydrator, eat it fresh! It's very yummy, especially this time of year.
