Cheal’s 14 Course Chef’s-Table Tasting Event
THURSDAY 1st FEBRUARY 2024
An incredible new interactive dining experience is now offered by Cheal’s of Knowle.
Our award-winning chefs will prepare 14 of their finest tasting plates, showcasing their incredible cooking skills & ingredient selection & using the very finest produce.
Guests will meet in our luxurious bar for an arrival champagne & will be welcomed by our Chef Director Matt Cheal & his team. Our Sommelier will introduce guests to our wine recommendations for the evening & everyone will have the opportunity to sample the wines. Next, a tour of our kitchens, introductions to the kitchen team & taste our first courses. Guests will then be accompanied to our Private Dining Room where the evening’s dining will begin in earnest. Courses will be served & described by our chefs & our knowledgeable front-of-house staff. Finally, our guests will be invited to retire to the lounge for coffees or aperitifs.
Expect luxury, mouth-watering foods, conversations with our award-winning chefs, unique flavours, superb service, and a truly memorable & unique dining experience.
Our menus will not be made public prior to the event. Our chef’s will be working on ingredient selections & cooking techniques right up to the day of the event, using only the finest, freshest & best ingredients available.
£185 per person
Price Includes champagne reception & 14 courses.
Maximum 12 persons per event.
Wine recommendations available from our Sommelier.
No advance menus – at the discretion of our chefs.
Starting strictly at 6.30 pm. Approximate finish time of 10.30pm
