In this lesson I delegate control of an Organizational Unit (OU) to a non-administrative user. I give the user the capability of creating user accounts, resetting passwords, creating groups, and allowing users to join groups within the organizational unit. This is very helpful with a large organization to allow other users to manage specific accounts. I then modify Remote Desktop and the logon policy to allow then non-administrative user the ability to logon to the Server to manage the OU.
