I tried to get a lot of fitness back in this one week. I think I succeeded! It was just incredibly fun. I was able to learn a lot and push myself beyond my limits. The camp was simply fantastic! I also gained some experience in the water with my first open water swim. Of course, the focus wasn't on the Ironman disciplines, but it still helped me a lot. I'm also totally happy with my current shape of 86 kg. I think I'll lose another 1-2 kg, but that's enough. I'm excited... there are only 7 weeks left until the Ironman in Klagenfurt... it's still exciting, but I'm motivated and I'll do it!!
