I wanted to patch something that wasn't quite 4 bar loops today. Compare 2 is great for making slightly unusual rhythms - so I fed that with a couple of Euclidean trigger patterns from Pam's and used that to sequence the kick and a few of the other drum sounds (coming from BIA, Taiko and some samples of Squid). Just to hold things together, I also sequenced a couple of more regular 4/4 style hats and a snare/tom sound.
I used a random looping (and quantized) LFO to sequence the chords, and switched between having that on either 12 or 20 beat loops. To create a bit more of variety, I used the Axon-2 expander with Pam's to change the offset of the LFO at times.
The chords are going through Three Sisters (with a bit of white noise mixed in), Non-Linear Memory Machine, and Data Bender.
