Currently playing Warzone as a free to play game meaning I haven't bought the new COD Modern Warfare and I haven't bought anything from the in-game store ( until I see something so Tacticool that I want to buy it ). Which means I'm leveling the soldier/character and weapons entirely in Warzone while playing with friends.
Apologies for some of the clips, they are from the first night and didn't have certain settings like render resolution and FOV corrected. Still trying to figure out the ADS transition thing, feels weird to me. I'm pretty sure the last time I played a COD game was at a PDXLan and that was MW3 so it's been a while.
A few things to note that I both like but also piss me off. You can instant deploy your parachute from almost any height and you can easily get into a friendly moving vehicle by just holding the enter vehicle key. These are actions or features I missed from BF2 and BC2. So Activision introducing these features while DICE took them away from Battlefield pisses me off a bit. Along with that it seems they spent quite a bit of effort on the overall game itself which is surprising since they tend to pump COD games out yearly. The game engine still looks and feels "CODish" to me so I'm curious what the engine actually is for them to say it's new and not something still built off the Quake engine.
I don't know everything about the game so feel free to explain things I missed or should know in the comments.
