Inking cartoon character Donald Duck in Clip Studio Paint & using the "Reference Layer" to quickly color the finished inks.

I found this great pencil art for Disney Christmas stamps commissioned by Sierra Leone in 1992! I was unable to find who the artist(s) were on these beautiful pencils.
