Use Registry Editor
In order to fix this problem, you’ll need to use Registry Editor. To do that, follow these steps:
When you see The computer restarted unexpectedly error message press Shift + F10 on your keyboard. This should open Command Prompt.
Enter regedit and press Enter to start Registry Editor.
Once Registry Editor starts, navigate to the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMSetupStatusChildCompletion
The computer restarted unexpectedly restart the installation
and double click the setup.exe in the right pane.
Change the Value Data from 1 to 3 and click OK to save changes.
The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error setup is starting services
Close Registry Editor and restart your computer.
