Also I didn't go into trip feats since I don't think they're particularly useful in higher difficulties (demons have high CMD) and other feat lines like cleave and vital strike really depend on build/comp.
For defensive feats, besides dodge, shield/armor focus, I highly recommend crane style with 3 ranks in mobility. You can get up to +4 AC with a -2 attack while fighting defensively (-1 with crane riposte), or +6 AC if you're a halfling with cautious defender. Ultimately though, when it comes to defense, there are a million ways to add to AC that are not based on feats.
