**IF YOU ARE MISSING LIBRARIES AFTER AN UPDATE:
You either need to either re-install the latest BlenderBIM release manually OR manually place these new libraries in the "C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\3.6\scripts\addons\blenderbim\libs\site\packages"
