Heading towards the projects’ completion, CALIPER and sister Horizon2020 project, LeTSGEPs co-hosted their final conference on Thursday, 23 November 2023, an event attended by a total number of 150 people physically and online. During the second part of the conference, 4 panels were held discussing projects' relevant solutions to challenges. In this video the first panel session is presented. The topic was Gender equality in research organisations and society – Achieving structural and sustainable change; the session was moderated by Jennifer Dahmen-Adkins, LeTSGEPs Evaluator, while Florence Degavre of Université Catholique de Louvain and Maxime Forest of Sciences Po Paris were the invited speakers.

Furthermore, participants got a copy of the LeTSGEPs Handbook, a publication that provides guidelines for the implementation of GEPs and Gender Budgeting, for achieving gender equality in Research Organisations.
