24 hours with Head Coach Ernest Scott
Ernest Scott, makes his first appearance in Iowa after being named Head Coach for the upcoming Iowa Wolves season. Scott is entering his third season with the Iowa Wolves, first as the Head Coach after spending the last two as an assistant coach.
Scott joined the Timberwolves organization after spending two seasons as an assistant coach with the South Bay Lakers of the NBA G League. A native of Marietta, Ga., he played collegiately for Valdosta State, earning first-team all-conference honors his senior season. Scott spent 13 seasons of professional basketball across the NBA D League, in several countries in Europe and in New Zealand. With his promotion, Scott and Wallace become the first ever G League General Manager/Head Coach duo that previously played in the league.
