OS X could not be installed on the computer / No appropriate packages were found. MAC
Hi friends, back again to help you. This time, while trying to install macOS El Capitan, I encountered a new problem: the installation process didn't display a message at the very end saying "less than a second remaining." After several minutes or hours—I'm not sure why—I left it and went to do other things, thinking it would be finished when I returned, but it wasn't.
ERROR MESSAGE: 😒
"Could not install OS X on your computer. No suitable packages for installation were detected. Contact the software manufacturer for support. Quit the installer to restart your computer and try again."
or...
"This copy of the application is corrupted and therefore cannot be used to install macOS."
or...
"Could not verify this copy of the Install Mac OS X application. It may have been corrupted or tampered with during download."
SOLUTION 😍
