5-21: Change Excel Chart Scale - Vertical (Y) Axis Start & End Values
"The Truth" can be presented in different ways. In this lesson you'll create two charts, one shows poor sales growth and one show fantastic growth... and both are "True". This is done by changing Excel Chart Scale vertical (Y) axis start and end values. The two truths are:
• It is true that sales are increasing every month.
• It is true that sales are almost completely flat.
You’ll see how to visually convey each of these “truths” to an audience. After this session you’ll never look at a chart again without paying close attention to the vertical axis!
