Hosting a War file with Jelastic and its partners has been the easiest and the quickest solution. Say that you have an amazing dataset or solution that can be served as an Java API. All that's stopping you is a reliable hosting solution, Jelastic cloud is the way to go. If you still want the free option, Google App Engine tops my list.
