Today we're experimenting with one of the most oft-asked community questions: "How can I create a digital bullet journal?" I do think it's possible and there are a couple aspects of digital bullet journaling that I find easier and better than a bullet journal notebook. Can't wait to show it off to you!
For this digital bullet journal layout I'm using an app called Notion - it's become my favorite digital organization and planning tool over the past several months and (to me) is the perfect medium for digital bullet journaling.

Here's a big disclaimer that many of you were asking on Twitter and Instagram - am I switching away from notebooks to apps? Is my head all up in my apps?!
NO WAY - I'm still very strong in the "Bullet Journal is best in notebooks with pens" camp - but too many people were asking about digital bullet journaling for me to ignore it. I am a man of the people and will give you the content you desire! Plus it's always fun to play around with tools and experiment with new apps when they can be useful.
Here are two things that I found I did like more in my Notion Bullet Journal setup than a notebook: the future log and collections. You'll see why in the video!

I'll send specific Notion tips and guides over the next couple of weeks, along with some bonus footage from this episode. I added in the cute hand-drawn BuJo icon for you to add to your own Notion Bullet Journal page.
Thanks for watching this video, would love to know what you think about the idea of a digital bullet journal! I may do an additional episode or two about setting up Bear app as a bullet journal or even a drawing app like Good Notes or Procreate. But personally, if I'm writing on the iPad I feel like I should be writing in a notebook. Let me know what you think!
