How to Respond to Leads in MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE

Here's a step by step tutorial of how to respond to your fresh leads in MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE!

1. Login to MAX/Center (remax.net, your login is probably like [email protected] and whatever password you've set.)
2. In your MAX/Center dashboard, find your MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE app and enter it.
3. In your MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE dashboard, scroll to the bottom of the middle of your page to view your recent leads. Click on the name to open it up their CRM contact card.
4. In their CRM contact card, view their details and remax.com website activity, including what they've been searching. Look up the properties they've been searching to infer what they're looking for and to make sure they are labeled correctly by the system on the left hand side as Buyer, Seller, Renter, etc.
5. Reach out to them via text using the action buttons on the top right side of the CRM card. Ask them something like "Hi! I see you've been searching on RE/MAX's site lately, can I ask what you're looking for? That way I can help direct you to the right properties." This begins a text conversation with them, which they have the option to opt out of. This text will be visibly recorded now on their CRM card.
6. Any replies you get will also be on that card. Check back frequently to see if they've corresponded with you.
7. Once you've received what they're looking for, text them and offer to set up a search alert for listings that fit their criteria. You can set that up ahead of time. Skip ahead to 5:15 for a tutorial on how to set up Search Alerts.
