every time viggo grimborn says "my dear" (updated desc.)
i see viggo say the phrase "my dear hiccup" a LOT when reading race to the edge fanfictions, so i was pretty surprised to see how sparingly he said it in the show and even more surprised that 2/7 times he said it, he was directing it at heather.
also viggo is gay because i said so
