Street Food on the Road to Hatta | Dubai Day Trip
Hatta has the mountains, the dam, the views. But where do you actually eat? From a shakshuka at a 4,000-year-old site to Hatta's signature slow-cooked lamb — this is the food trail.
Not everything worth eating in the UAE sits inside a mall or a food court. Hatta is one of the few places you can break the drive with a meal at an archaeological site, track down a mountain specialty that's rooted in Eid tradition, taste single-origin honey you can't find anywhere else in the country, eat samosa chaat with a dam view, and still end up at a flower shop with a cookie and a condensed milk latte. This video is that day.

🍖 Slow-cooked Hatta lamb — packed in palm leaves, buried in an underground oven, spiced all the way through
🍦 Dates ice cream with cardamom, slivered almonds, and chunks of dates
🍯 Honey tasting — wildflower, ghaf, samar, mangrove, and sidr honeys, all raw and unprocessed
🥟 Samosa chaat with tamarind chutney, green chilli, yoghurt, and sev — right by the dam
