In this video, I will show you how to fix the "DirectX12 is not supported on your system" error when playing Marvel Rivals on PC. This is the only tutorial you will need to watch, as I will present all the necessary steps to solve this problem. If, unfortunately, these solutions do not work, it may be due to your computer specifications. Follow the three detailed steps in this guide to try to resolve the error and ensure you can play Marvel Rivals without problems.
Step-by-step:
Check if DirectX 12 is installed on your computer:
Search for "DXdiag" in the Windows search bar.
Open the DirectX diagnostic and check if the version is DirectX 12.
If you don't have DirectX 12, you will need to install it or update your graphics card.
Move the game to another drive:
Uninstall the game from the current drive.
Reinstall the game on a different drive, preferably the same SSD where Windows is installed.
Configure the game to run on the dedicated GPU:
Access the Graphics Settings and make sure the game is using the dedicated GPU instead of the integrated one.
Configure the game to use DirectX 11 if DirectX 12 is not supported.
