DJI Replaced My Action Cam 5 in 24 Hours…Unreal 😲
Recently my DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro completely died on me. After overheating overnight it started glitching nonstop, turning on and off every few seconds, and wouldn’t stay on long enough to vlog. Even in Amsterdam and the Philippines it kept shutting down, and after testing batteries and different setups I realized the issue was inside the battery compartment itself.
So I contacted DJI support, and honestly they were unreal. Because I had their premium protection plan, they approved a full replacement. I shipped the camera out yesterday… and a brand new unit arrived today. A 24 hour turnaround with zero hassle.
In this video I unbox the replacement DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro, show what comes in the box, power it up, and test the camera so I can finally get my vlogging setup running again. Missing all that footage in the Philippines hurt, so I’m glad this camera is back.
