My guest is Mohit Bhansali! Mohit has over 25 years of experience in securities compliance, corporate finance, and technology. After working at Tradescape Corp., he pursued a career in securities compliance, serving as a securities regulation specialist at Haynes and Boone LLP in New York. There, he consulted on numerous IPOs and APOs, developing a system for tracking complex capitalization stacks.
In 2011, Bhansali co-founded Equity Stock Transfer, LLC, growing the company to nearly 500 clients while maintaining high compliance standards. During the 2020 pandemic, he conceived EquiDeFi, a workflow tool for managing SEC-exempt offerings, marrying software solutions with securities transaction processes for increased efficiency and compliance.
Bhansali attended NYU, served as a NASDAQ registered representative holding Series 7, 63, and 55 licenses, and holds a Java programming certification and a Blockchain Law, Regulation and Policy certificate from the University of Nicosia.
