Student Spotlight: Joshua Benitez – Class of 2023, Penn State School of Music
Joshua Benitez, Class of 2023, reminisces about how he first began playing the flute, what he loves about performing, and what brought him to Penn State.
Benitez says as a child, he didn’t even want to play the flute at first. But since coming to University Park, he’s been a trailblazer on his own path to solo flutist, conducting, and more.
