A Ukrainian MiG-29, damaged and resource-starved, executes a high-risk cross-border mission into Russian airspace armed with experimental French AASM “Hammer” bombs. After losing one engine to a bird strike, the pilot wrestles with asymmetric control, dwindling fuel, and a radar blind-spot just seconds from catastrophe. Then, at treetop level, he pulls off a 5G escape from unsuspected power lines and presses on to the release point.

The bombs navigate a gauntlet of EW jamming, solar interference, wind shear, and point-defense attempts, including S-400 missiles and Pantsir auto cannons, before their seekers lock and deliver devastating, kinetic and shaped-charge impacts on a Russian border guard post.
