🍚 Salmon & Shimeji Takikomi Gohan
Ingredients (2 servings)
・Rice — 2 cups
・Soy sauce — 1.5 tbsp
・Mirin — 1.5 tbsp
・Sake — 1.5 tbsp
・Granulated Japanese dashi — 5g
・Shimeji mushrooms — 100g
・Boneless salmon — 3 pieces
・Shiso — to taste, chopped
・White sesame — to taste
Instructions
① Wash rice. Add soy sauce, mirin, sake, and dashi. Add water to the 2-cup line and mix.
② Place shimeji mushrooms and salmon on top.
③ Cook on the regular white rice setting.
④ Scatter chopped shiso and white sesame on top to serve.

🍵 Nameko Miso Soup
Ingredients (1 serving)
・Nameko mushrooms — as needed
・Aburaage — 1 piece, cut into pieces
・Granulated Japanese dashi — 2 tsp
・Miso — to taste
Instructions
① Add nameko, aburaage, and dashi to water and simmer until cooked through.
② Dissolve miso and serve.
