Rs 2000 Crore Corruption scheme of Brigade Morgan in Ramsar revoked!
Brigade's Environmental clearance for their project within Ramsar site has been cancelled.
It must be understood that Brigade's project was well within the Ramsar site. Let us make it clear that Brigade's construction site is not in zone of influence. It is right within the Ramsar site where construction cannot be allowed as per Wetland Conservation and Management rules 2017 under Environment Act. Brigade played fraud in its application by misrepresenting and concealing key facts. The officials/ politicians of different Departments colluded to provide the EC and CMDA construction approval fraudulently to them. Better sense prevailed and their approval has been cancelled now!
