DIO Over Heaven in JoJo HFTF
Looks like DIO finally won against Jotaro in HFTF too. Heaven Ascended DIO appears in HFTF to kill everyone in one hit.
Not a spritemod btw since I don't know how to do that (yet)
Also totally not stolen from a MUGEN Dio
